Heute liegt die Arbeit des Beirats in CC-Mails, WhatsApp und einzelnen Ablagen. Antwortet die Verwaltung nur einer Person, fehlt den anderen der Stand. Treppenhaus sammelt das an einem Ort — ohne dass die Verwaltung etwas Neues lernen muss.

Board work lives in CC threads, chats and private folders. If management replies to one person, the others miss the update. Treppenhaus gathers it in one place — management does not have to learn a new tool.

Der Beirat veröffentlicht kurze Sachstände. Eigentümer lesen nur Themen, zu denen bewusst etwas herausgegeben wurde — keine Kommentare, keine Mails mit der Verwaltung. Wer ausgeschlossen ist, erfährt auch davon nichts.

The board publishes short status notes. Owners only see topics that were deliberately released — no comments, no mail with management. Anyone excluded from a topic learns nothing about it.

Klartext liegt nicht in der Cloud.

There is no plaintext in the cloud.

Inhalte werden in Frankfurt gespeichert und mit dem Schlüssel der jeweiligen WEG verschlüsselt. Betriebspersonal kann die Akte in Datenbank, Dateispeicher und Backups nicht lesen. Zugang nur für eingeladene Mitglieder.

Content is stored in Frankfurt and encrypted with that association’s key. Operators cannot read the file in the database, object storage or backups. Access is for invited members only.

  • Einladung, kein öffentliches Konto Invitation, no public sign-up Ohne Mitgliedschaft einer konkreten WEG bleibt die App bei der Anmeldung. Without membership of a specific association, the app stays on sign-in.
  • Ausschluss hat Vorrang Exclusion comes first Wer ein Thema nicht sehen darf, bekommt keine Details — auch nicht über die KI. Anyone who must not see a topic gets no details — including via AI.
  • Löschen heißt Schlüssel ziehen Deletion means pulling the key Endet eine WEG, werden Inhalte durch Vernichtung des Schlüssels unlesbar. When an association ends, destroying the key makes the content unreadable.

Beiräte werden eingeladen. Eigentümer beantragen den Zugang mit Name, E-Mail und Wohnung; der Beirat schaltet frei. Die iOS-App ist bei Apple zur Prüfung. Fragen: datenschutz@treppenhaus.net.
